Softball Recap: Greenville Comes Up Short

Greenville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 15-4 to the McKinney North Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 14-3 back in March.

Greenville saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was McKenzie Scarbrough, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI.

Greenville's loss dropped their record down to 3-21. As for McKinney North, they moved to 5-18 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

As of now, neither Greenville nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
