Soccer Recap: Indian Creek Comes Up Short

After flying high against Mooseheart on Saturday, Indian Creek came back down to earth. The Timberwolves lost 7-2 to the Oregon Hawks on Tuesday. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Indian Creek were already down 5-2.

Parker Murry wasn't going to let Oregon walk away unscathed as he scored both of Indian Creek's goals, bringing his season total up to 25 goals.

Indian Creek's defeat ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 11-5. As for Oregon, their victory bumped their record up to 10-8.

Indian Creek didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, an 11-2 loss against Aurora Central Catholic on the 3rd. As for Oregon, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 4-2 defeat against Somonauk on the 2nd.
