Volleyball Recap: Ruskin Takes a Loss

Ruskin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Raytown South Cardinals. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Golden Eagles of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Ruskin's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Raytown South, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-6.

Ruskin didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Winnetonka on the 13th. As for Raytown South, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Sumner on the 13th.
