Portland Christian barely beat Francis Parker the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Eagles never let the Wyverns get on the board and left with a 15-0 victory on Thursday. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matchups by seven runs or more this season.

The win was the third in a row for Portland Christian, bringing their record up to 8-6. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Francis Parker, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 4-5.
