Football Recap: MICDS Comes Up Short

After flying high against Burroughs last Saturday, MICDS came back down to earth. The Rams took a 27-21 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lutheran North Crusaders on Friday. The Rams have struggled against the Crusaders recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

MICDS' defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Lutheran North, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. MICDS will venture away from home to face off against Lutheran South at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lutheran North, they will head out to square off against Maryville at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
