Volleyball Recap: Maple Mountain Continues Road Dominance on Friday

Maple Mountain had won three straight road games dating back to last season and Aliyah Marks did her part to make it four on Friday. The Golden Eagles blew past the Dixie Flyers 3-0 with plenty of help from Marks, who had 16 digs and two aces. Marks is crushing it when it comes to digs: she's had at least ten every time she's taken the court this season.

Maple Mountain never let Dixie on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-21, 25-23.

Maple Mountain now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Dixie, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

Maple Mountain has already played their next game, a 3-1 victory against Cedar on the 22nd. As for Dixie, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Canyon View on the 22nd.
