Basketball Recap: Woodinville Comes Up Short

Woodinville lost against Liberty back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Woodinville Falcons took a 57-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Liberty Patriots. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Woodinville's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Liberty, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Woodinville will host North Creek at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. North Creek has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Liberty, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Issaquah at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Liberty knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past five matchups -- so hopefully Issaquah likes a good challenge.
