After losing to Point Pleasant the last time they met, Princeton decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Princeton Tigers won by a goal and slipped past the Point Pleasant Big Blacks 3-2. Even though the Tigers got in a bit of trouble with the refs ( Jake Stull was handed a red card), the team managed to overcome the adversity.

Princeton hit Point Pleasant with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Bryson Pritchett, Jayce Gum, and Finn Bailey.

The victory made it two in a row for Princeton and bumps their season record up to 2-0. As for Point Pleasant, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Princeton will square off against Bluefield at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Point Pleasant, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game this season. they take on Woodrow Wilson at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
