BASIS - Mesa's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Joseph Frivaldo, who scored 27 points along with three steals. Frivaldo is absolutely dominating the steal category: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Cayden Plese was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 12 points and 13 rebounds.
The victory got Academy with Community Partners back to even at 3-3. As for BASIS - Mesa, they pushed their record up to 7-3 with that victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.
