Galena has gone 6-0 against North Valleys recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Galena Grizzlies just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the North Valleys Panthers at 7:30 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: both posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Galena is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They snuck past Bishop Manogue with a 67-61 win on Tuesday. The victory was familiar territory for the Grizzlies who have now won three games in a row.

Anthony Martin was a one-man wrecking crew for Galena as he posted 19 points. Another player making a difference was Ben Imse, who put up ten points and five rebounds.

Meanwhile, you're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for North Valleys on Monday. They came out on top against North Tahoe by a score of 58-48. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

Galena better keep an eye on Joshua Collins. He was instrumental in North Valleys' win, going 7 of 15 on his way to 22 points and six steals. Collins' evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Mikole Almond, who had three points in addition to 11 boards, six assists, and six steals.

North Valleys now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Galena, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Some high-performance offense is likely on the agenda as the two teams are some of the highest scoring teams in the league. Galena hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having averaged 55.8 points per game. However, it's not like North Valleys struggles in that department as they've been averaging 61 points. With both teams so easily able to put up points, the only question left is who can run the score up higher.

Everything came up roses for Galena against North Valleys in their previous matchup back in December of 2019, as the squad secured a 61-28 win. Will Galena repeat their success, or does North Valleys have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
