Baseball Game Preview: Fort Lee Bridgemen vs. Dwight Morrow Maroon Raiders

For the second straight game, Fort Lee will face off against Dwight Morrow. The Bridgemen will be playing in front of their home fans against the Maroon Raiders at 4:15 a.m. on Wednesday. Fort Lee is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.2 runs per game this season.

Fort Lee's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over Dwight Morrow. Surprisingly, this marked the fourth straight game that the away team has come away the victor.

Jacob Greenberg made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out eight over six innings pitched. Those eight strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-3. He also hit a double, marking his first of the season.

In other batting news, Fort Lee let CJ Senatore and Stephan Kim run wild. Senatore scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3, while Kim scored a run while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances. Senatore also put up a double, which was his first of the season. Marcus Lee was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and two RBI.
