It was a good run, but KIPP Legacy unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Wednesday. They were dealt a 97-53 loss at the hands of the Hamilton Heights Huskies.

Gavin Saunders continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Hamilton Heights, going 6 for 10 from beyond the arc en route to 51 points and six steals. The contest was Saunders' fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Rees Knapp, who went 8 of 15 on his way to 16 points.

KIPP Legacy's defeat dropped their record down to 10-5. As for Hamilton Heights, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-6.

KIPP Legacy has already played their next matchup (against Riverside), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Hamilton Heights will head out on the road to square off against Winchester Community at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Hamilton Heights' favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last six games.
