Basketball Game Preview: Nazareth Academy Roadrunners vs. Lincoln-Way West Warriors

The Nazareth Academy Roadrunners will challenge the Lincoln-Way West Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Nazareth Academy will be looking to extend their current 20-game winning streak.

On Tuesday, Nazareth Academy humbled Saint Viator with a 62-34 victory. The Roadrunners have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 17 contests by 21 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Lincoln-Way West lost to Homewood-Flossmoor on the road by a 59-43 margin on Tuesday.

Nazareth Academy pushed their record up to 28-2 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.3 points over those games. As for Lincoln-Way West, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 20-10 record this season.
