Basketball Recap: Heritage Academy Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Heritage Academy was the 45-41 winner over Gilbert Classical Academy when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Heroes received a blow on Friday as they fell 60-43 to the Spartans. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Heritage Academy now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Gilbert Classical Academy, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Heritage Academy will take on Phoenix Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Gilbert Classical Academy, they will square off against ALA - Anthem South at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Spartans will be up against the Titans' rather soft defense (which has allowed 68.4 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
