Pennsauken had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They came out on top against the Eastern Vikings by a score of 35-28. The Indians' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Pennsauken got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Randall Blount out in front who rushed for 177 yards and one TD while picking up 8.0 yards per carry, and also picked up 48 receiving yards. Blount showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 50 yards. Nazyr Negron was another key passer, throwing for 184 yards and three touchdowns on only 14 passes.

Pennsauken's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Eastern, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 3-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Pennsauken will face off against Eastside at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Eastern, they will head out to challenge Trenton Central on Friday.
