Fort Defiance strolled into their game on Thursday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Stuarts Draft Cougars. The Indians have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Cougars, too.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-11, 25-12.

Maecy Ann Frizzelle paced Fort Defiance's offense, picking up 16 kills. Frizzelle got some help from Alexis Miller and her 26 assists. Norah Anderson controlled things from the service line, finishing with eight aces.

Fort Defiance's victory bumped their record up to 7-0. As for Stuarts Draft, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Coming up, Fort Defiance will challenge Rockbridge County at 7:20 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Stuarts Draft, they will be playing at home against Stonewall Jackson at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
