Soccer Recap: Spanish Springs Starts Season with Victory at Home

Spanish Springs gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. Their defense stepped up to hand the West Wendover Wolverines an 11-0 shutout. Jayden Elliott was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

Coincidentally, Spanish Springs and West Wendover will both be playing Lowry the next time they take the pitch. The Cougars will head out to face the Buckaroos at 3:45 p.m. on Friday, while the Wolverines will host them at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday.
