Alhambra moved up to 512 from 540 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Diablo Foothill. The Bulldogs climbed the ranks as a result of losing to Campolindo 41-15.

The Cougars added to the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Alhambra, 41-15. This was the team's eighth consecutive win.

Miramonte's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Drew Anderson threw for 214 and 4 touchdowns and Dominic Paoletti had 123 yards receiving. On the ground Ray Clark chipped in 121 yards. Will Fuller helped Miramonte's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 74 yards.

He was 11-18 with 2 interceptions.

Paoletti was the best receiver in the league this week as the Matadors beat Dougherty Valley. Paoletti tallied 7 receptions for 123 yards. Fuller helped Miramonte's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 74 yards.

Miramonte's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Matadors feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Anderson has thrown for 1,993 yards and 18 touchdowns this season, while Fuller has 29 catches for 636 yards.

Miramonte's Clark is a mere 17 yards away from breaking the 1,000-rushing-yards mark for the season. In 119 carries Clark has put up 983 yards this year.

Going into this week's game against the Knights, Jack Schram's team's Anderson needs 7 passing yards to surpass 2,000 on the season.

As it stands, the Wildcats are in fifth, while Kevin Macy's team is in first.

The Matadors took down Dougherty Valley 55-24 last week, the largest margin of any game. Anderson during the win.
