Basketball Recap: Man Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Man can now relate to. They took a 58-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wahama White Falcons on Friday. The Hillbillies were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the White Falcons apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2021.

Man's defeat dropped their record down to 15-9. As for Wahama, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-8 record this season.

Man does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Wahama, they will take on St. Joseph Central at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Wahama will be up against St. Joseph Central's rather soft defense (which has allowed 53.59 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
