Mason can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game on Tuesday. They walked away with a 15-12 victory over the East Central Trojans. Mason's hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.
For East Central's part, Emily Klem and Lexi Hatmaker stepped up to the plate in a big way. Klem scored a run and stole a base while going 4-for-5, while Hatmaker scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-5.
