Volleyball Recap: North Falls to Burncoat in First Game of Season

North had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell just short of the Burncoat Patriots by a score of 3-2. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

North took Burncoat into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking 11-point loss. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-28, 25-21, 25-10, 22-25, 15-4.

Coincidentally, North and Burncoat will both be playing South the next time they take the court. Burncoat will host South at 4:45 p.m. on Monday, while North will head out to face them at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
