Volleyball Recap: Walker-Hackensack-Akeley Comes Up Short

Walker-Hackensack-Akeley was the 3-1 winner over Laporte when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Wolves took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats on Thursday. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Walker-Hackensack-Akeley's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Laporte, their victory ended a three-match drought at home and bumped them up to 6-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Walker-Hackensack-Akeley will challenge Menahga at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Laporte, they will face off against Red Lake at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
