Groton-Dunstable never got on the board in their matchup on Tuesday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Fitchburg on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Red Raiders with a sharp 13-2 victory. The result was nothing new for the Crusaders, who have now won three games by ten runs or more so far this season.

With the win, Groton-Dunstable broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-5. As for Fitchburg, their defeat was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-8.
