Softball Recap: Kings Mountain Mountaineers vs. Forestview Jaguars
Kings Mountain had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Forestview Jaguars by a score of 6-1. That's more bragging rights for the Mountaineers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Maddie Huffman spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered a run (which was unearned) on four hits and racked up 18 Ks. Those 18 strikeouts set a new season-high mark for her.
