Carolina Forest relied on the efforts of   JJ Gray, who  went 6 for 13  on his way to 25  points and five  steals, and   Nick Zincone, who  went 6 of 11  on his way to 20  points and three  steals. Zincone has been hot, having  posted two or more  steals the last five times he's  played. The team also got some help courtesy of  Zechariah Gardner, who  posted seven points and five  rebounds.
 Carolina Forest  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 23  offensive boards. That's the most  offensive boards they've posted since back in December of 2023.
 Meanwhile, Loris lost to Conway at home  by a   52-34 margin on Monday. The  game marked the Lions' lowest-scoring  match so far this season.
 Carolina Forest's victory was  their fifth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 6-0. As for Loris, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.
 Everything came up roses for Carolina Forest against Loris when the teams last played  two weeks ago, as the  squad secured  an  83-44 win. In that  contest, Carolina Forest amassed a halftime lead of  51-21, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat  on Tuesday.
