With a playoff win on the line, Ropes rose to the challenge on Thursday. They beat the Ralls Jackrabbits by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 14-2. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 19 matches by eight runs or more this season.

Ropes has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 17 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-5 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.5 runs on average over those games. As for Ralls, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 16-7.
