There's no place like home for Mt. Pulaski, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Illini Bluffs Tigers with a sharp 10-1 victory on Thursday. Considering the Hilltoppers have won six games by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Mt. Pulaski's record is now 12-3. As for Illini Bluffs, they dropped their record down to 7-5 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Mt. Pulaski will square off against Springfield Southeast at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Illini Bluffs, they will challenge Delavan at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
