Basketball Game Preview: Landmark Christian War Eagles vs. Fellowship Christian Paladins

The Landmark Christian War Eagles will head out on the road to square off against the Fellowship Christian Paladins at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Landmark Christian hasn't scored more than 25 points for three games straight, a trend the team is eager to reverse.

Landmark Christian is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against St. Francis on Tuesday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Landmark Christian had to suffer through a 102-25 loss at the hands of St. Francis. While losing is never fun, the War Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 372nd, while the Knights are ranked fourth).

Meanwhile, Fellowship Christian unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak back in December of 2024. They took a hard 61-42 fall against Prince Avenue Christian.

Landmark Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Fellowship Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 10-5.

Landmark Christian took their victory against Fellowship Christian when the teams last played back in December of 2018 by a conclusive 53-29. Will Landmark Christian repeat their success, or does Fellowship Christian have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
