Basketball Recap: Armstrong Comes Up Short

After flying high against Chrisman last Tuesday, Armstrong came back down to earth. The Armstrong Trojans took a 67-51 bruising from the Westville Tigers on Friday. The Trojans have struggled against the Tigers recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

Armstrong's defeat dropped their record down to 21-9. As for Westville, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 25-5.

Coming up, Armstrong will head out to challenge Georgetown-Ridge Farm at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Westville, they will be playing at home against Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
