Softball Recap: Conway Comes Up Short

After flying high against Golden City on Tuesday, Conway came back down to earth. The Bears took a 16-12 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Spokane Owls on Wednesday. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Owls this season, with their most recent loss being a 16-12 defeat two weeks ago.

Conway's loss was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-22. As for Spokane, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-17.

Conway has already played their next contest (against Pleasant Hope), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Spokane also has no score uploaded for their next match, this one against Seymour.
