Volleyball Recap: Cranbrook Kingswood Takes a Loss

Cranbrook Kingswood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Holt Rams. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cranes of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Cranbrook Kingswood's loss dropped their record down to 3-6-1. As for Holt, they moved to 2-10 with that victory, which also ended their ten-game losing streak.

Coming up, Cranbrook Kingswood will square off against Bishop Foley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Holt, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Lutheran Northwest on the 6th.
