Soccer Recap: Triway Takes a Loss

If Triway was riding high fresh off their 4-1 takedown of Northwest on Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Titans fell just short of the Tuslaw Mustangs by a score of 2-1 on Monday. The defeat continues a trend for Triway in their meetings with Tuslaw: they've now lost six in a row.

Triway's goal came courtesy of Kylee Strong, who's now up to ten this season.

Triway's loss dropped their record down to 5-5-2. As for Tuslaw, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Triway will take on rival Orrville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Tuslaw is set to challenge their familiar foe Northwest at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
