Recap: Sudan Hornets vs. Seagraves Eagles
It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact the Sudan Hornets can now relate to. They suffered a tough 42-20 loss at the hands of Seagraves on Thursday. Sudan's defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.
Although Sudan took the loss, they still got scores from Jaibryn Ornleas and Marcello King.
Sudan's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Seagraves, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a massive bump to their 6-5 record this season.
Sudan does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Seagraves will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against Clarendon at 7:00 p.m. on November 16th. Clarendon knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past seven games -- so hopefully Seagraves likes a good challenge.
