Volleyball Recap: Box Elder Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Box Elder can now relate to. They fell just short of the Wasatch Wasps by a score of 3-2 on Friday.

Despite the loss, Box Elder still got an impressive performance from Tyce Johnston, who had 34 digs.

Box Elder has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 20-7 record this season. As for Wasatch, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 20-8.

Box Elder has already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Springville on the 10th. As for Wasatch, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-1 victory against Bountiful on the 10th.
