Basketball Recap: Bryan County Takes a Loss

Bryan County lost against Jenkins County back in February of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bryan County Redskins took a 54-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Jenkins County War Eagles.

Bryan County's defeat dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Jenkins County, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-7.

Bryan County will venture away from home to challenge Bulloch Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. That match will pit two of the most dominant forwards against one another: Mike Smith and Jackson Sheppard. As for Jenkins County, they will welcome Emanuel County Institute at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. The timing is sure in Jenkins County's favor as the team sits on three straight wins at home while Emanuel County Institute has been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road.
