Volleyball Recap: Pacific Collegiate Comes Up Short

Pacific Collegiate was the 3-2 winner over Rancho San Juan when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Pacific Collegiate Pumas fell just short of the Rancho San Juan Trailblazers by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. The Pumas just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Pacific Collegiate couldn't get the win, but they sure gave Rancho San Juan a tough time in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 29-31, 25-20, 23-25, 25-20, 15-12.

Pacific Collegiate's record is now 0-4. As for Rancho San Juan, their win bumped their record up to 4-6.

Coming up, Pacific Collegiate will challenge Everett Alvarez at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Rancho San Juan, they will be playing at home against Marina at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Rancho San Juan is facing Marina at the right time seeing as Marina is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
