Softball Recap: Rocklin Thunder vs. Ponderosa Bruins

While Rocklin put up plenty of runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Ponderosa. The Rocklin Thunder were the clear victor by a 13-0 margin over the Ponderosa Bruins. The result was nothing new for the Thunder, who have now won four games by seven runs or more so far this season.

Payton Prior made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over five innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks any time she's pitched this season.
