MICDS won the last time they faced Benton and things went their way on Saturday too. The Rams blew past the Cardinals 7-1. The result was nothing new for the Rams, who have now won five games by six runs or more so far this season.

MICDS is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.3 runs over those games. As for Benton, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-10.

MICDS didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Southern Boone on the 19th. Hopefully Benton paid attention to the Rams' game: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Rams on Saturday.
