Volleyball Recap: Newark Memorial Find Success

Newark Memorial posted their closest win since March 29th on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the Westmoor Rams.

Newark Memorial's win bumped their record up to 5-16. As for Westmoor, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season.

Newark Memorial will face off against Mission San Jose at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Westmoor, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on The Academy - San Francisco at 4:30 p.m. on the 22nd.
