Soccer Recap: Foothill Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Foothill, who bounced back after a loss on the road two weeks ago. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the South Spartans on Friday. The score was all tied up 1-1 at the break, but the Trojans were the better team in the second half.

They hit South with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Alexander Machuca Diaz, Benjamin Davila, and Bryan Lopez Ortega.

Foothill's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-4-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those four games. As for South, their loss dropped their record down to 6-5-1.
