Basketball Recap: Prep Charter Takes a Loss

Prep Charter lost to TECH Freire Charter back in January of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Huskies lost 55-35 to the Dragons. The matchup marked the Huskies' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Prep Charter has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-3 record this season. As for TECH Freire Charter, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Prep Charter is set to challenge their familiar foe Masterman at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, TECH Freire Charter will take on rival Mastery Charter South co-op [Mastery Charter Lenfest/Mastery Charter Thomas] at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday.
