Soccer Recap: Skipstone Academy Takes a Loss

Skipstone Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They lost 10-0 to Central Georgia Arts. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Central Georgia Arts this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-0 two weeks ago.

Skipstone Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Central Georgia Arts, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-1-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Skipstone Academy will welcome Trinity Christian School of Griffin at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Skipstone Academy is facing Trinity Christian School of Griffin at the right time seeing as Trinity Christian School of Griffin is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Central Georgia Arts, they will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against Furlow Charter School at 6:00 p.m.
