Bibb County came into Friday's game having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They walked away with a 7-2 win over the Tuscaloosa Academy Knights on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Choctaws also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2025.

Bibb County's victory bumped their record up to 14-8. As for Tuscaloosa Academy, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 12-8 record.

Looking ahead, Bibb County will venture away from home to face off against Northside at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Rams' pitching crew has only allowed 3.4 runs per game this season, so the Choctaws' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Tuscaloosa Academy, they will face off against Isabella at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
