Northeast Lauderdale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Union Yellowjackets. Surprisingly, this marked the Trojans' third straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-17.

Northeast Lauderdale's offense was headlined by Kaitlyn Grace and Samantha Eastridge, who picked up seven kills apiece. They got some help from Aliyah Stewart and her 14 assists. Eastridge was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Northeast Lauderdale's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Union, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season.

Northeast Lauderdale has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Warren Central on the 23rd. Union has also already played their next contest (against Lake), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
