Baldwyn put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the East Union Urchins, posting a 43-0 win. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Bearcats just coasted through the last quarter.

Baldwyn found their leader in freshman Calvin Price, who rushed for 103 yards and a pair of scores on only 13 carries. Those 103 rushing yards set a new season-high mark for Price. The team also got some help courtesy of Jourdan Crump, who rushed for 56 yards and two TDs.

Baldwyn's record is now 5-0. As for East Union, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Coming up, Baldwyn will square off against Biggersville at 7:00 p.m. on the 3rd. As for East Union, they will venture away from home to challenge Myrtle at 7:00 p.m. on the 3rd. The contest will give the Urchins their first taste of in-conference action this season.
