League recap: Linday overpowering for Reagan Prep/Conservatory of Lifelong Learning in past week

Cody Linday was the best pitcher in the league this week. His stat line for the week included zero wins and 16 Ks.

Isaiah Lucas was the hottest hitter in the league this week, racking up a .571 average, one home run and 10 RBIs. His Madison University/Marshall/Milwaukee School of Languages/Northwest team went 2-2.

Bay View's pitching staff dominated this week, allowing only zero hits and seven walks, both of which led the league. The Redcats have given up a mere 61 hits on the year in addition to compiling 75 strikeouts. Nicholas Pietrowiak is the leader in that category with 32 Ks on the season.

Hamilton sprayed a league-best 61 hits this week, but still trails King, which holds the season lead in base knocks with 148. Chris Banton has a team-best 21 hits this year, and the Wildcats went 3-0 this week.

The week's strikeout crown belonged to Milosh Subotich, who turned in 18 Ks for Hamilton. He's fourteenth in the league with 26 total strikeouts.



Emilio Bastardo led the league with 12 hits this week for the Wildcats. He is sixth in the league with 20 hits this year, and has a .513 batting average.

Alex Frank was an RBI machine on Wednesday, as he knocked in five runs during Hamilton's 14-0 win over Bradley Tech
