Agricultural Science is a perfect 4-0 against Schurz since February of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. Agricultural Science is headed into the contest having just posted their biggest victory since January 9th on Thursday. They were the clear victor by a 78-52 margin over Hancock. Given the Cyclones' advantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 219th, while the Eagles are ranked 630th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Schurz entered their tilt with Corliss on Friday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 71-60 win over the Trojans.

Agricultural Science pushed their record up to 18-9 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.7 points over those games. As for Schurz, their win bumped their record up to 16-11.
