It's playoff time, and Swink had no trouble coming through when it counted. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Dolores Bears on Thursday. Winning may never get old, but the Lions sure are getting used to it with their 16th in a row.

Taylor Mendenhall paced Swink's offense, picking up 24 kills. Mendenhall got some help from Kashlyn Blasingame and her 35 assists. Finally, Mendenhall was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high seven blocks.

When it comes to explaining why Dolores lost, don't look at Layla Mitchell. Despite the final result, she had 25 digs. Mitchell has been hot, having posted ten or more digs the last seven times she's played.

Swink's victory bumped their record up to 23-4. As for Dolores, with the defeat, they broke their 14-match winning streak and moved their record to 24-2.
