Basketball Recap: Chestatee Comes Up Short

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Chestatee couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They lost to the Heritage Generals on the road by a 64-45 margin on Friday. The War Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Generals apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Chestatee's loss dropped their record down to 20-9. As for Heritage, their win was their tenth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 24-6.

As of now, neither Chestatee nor Heritage have any future games scheduled.
