Basketball Recap: Cordell Takes a Loss

Cordell suffered their closest loss since February 9, 2024 on Thursday. They fell just short of the Frederick Bombers by a score of 59-57. The Blue Devils have struggled against the Bombers recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Cordell's defeat dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Frederick, their win ended a 15-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-17.

Cordell does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Frederick, they have already played their next contest, a 67-27 loss against Merritt on the 14th.
